If for any reason, the product develops a manufacturing defect during the 12 month warranty period, we will replace the defective item free of charge. Different chemistries of batteries have other cycle lives; Li-Ion usually lasts for around 400 to 500 cycles, Lithium Polymer is the same. Nimh batteries will usually last for about 500 cycles.
